00Forseti

Guard force
intelligence.

Forseti brings Centrifuse™, our fusion engine, to your guard force and your estate, so problems affecting your people and your premises show up while they are developing rather than in tomorrow morning's report.

  • Proud to be designed, built and supported in Britain
  • Serving markets globally
  • On-premises first
  • Cloud or networked — optional
01Emerging threats

The shift that ended fifteen minutes early.

The most useful signal on a guarded estate is rarely an alarm. It is usually a change in a pattern that nobody was watching closely enough to notice.

Pattern break — detected

A guard completes a route and hits every scan point. No rule is broken, no alarm is set to fire, and the paperwork is clean.

But that guard has walked this route 73 times before, and this time they finished fifteen minutes early. That is 25% quicker than anyone in the cohort has ever managed it.

73

Prior completions of this route by this individual

−15

Minutes against their own established baseline

25%

Faster than the cohort has ever achieved

Forseti works out what normal looks like for each route, each individual and the cohort as a whole, and keeps updating that as routes and rosters change. When reality moves away from the baseline, you hear about it. Whether that turns out to be a corner being cut, a guard in trouble, or something worse is a judgement for a person to make, with the facts in front of them.

02Ingest

Every badge.
Every door. Every scan.

This is the same engine behind our airspace picture, pointed at the ground. Forseti takes the systems already running on your estate and turns them, in real time, into one live account of who is where and whether that looks normal.

Each of these systems holds a fragment. Access control knows a door opened. The camera knows somebody walked through it. The scan point knows a checkpoint was reached, and the app knows a phone moved between the two. On their own they are logs, which somebody reads after things have gone wrong. Read together and read live, they tell you something none of them can tell you alone.

Door access control

Real-time links to the common on-site systems, covering every credential presented, every door released and every rejection, as it happens rather than as a nightly export.

Swipe cards & credentials

Credential events are tied back to the person the badge was issued to, so a swipe tells you something about who is present rather than simply that somebody had a valid card.

Guard scan checkpoints

NFC wall points confirm presence at fixed locations and anchor the positioning picture between them. They are the known points everything else is measured against.

Cameras & facial recognition

Your existing cameras corroborate who actually passed and how many went through with them. Where facial recognition is in use and lawful for your site, it comes in as one more signal rather than the only one.

Mobile positioning

On-shift positioning from the iOS and Android apps, using GPS outdoors and dead reckoning where there is none, filling the gaps between fixed points with a continuous track.

Building systems

Real-time links to the common building management systems. This is the building's own account of itself, read alongside everything else.

What the fusion sees that no single system does

  • A badge opens a door on the far side of the estate two minutes after that guard scanned a checkpoint on this side, which is a walk nobody could have made
  • Access control says a building is empty; positioning says somebody is still inside it
  • A route that has quietly drifted ten minutes shorter over six weeks, on no single night enough to notice

This is the point at which location stops being the interesting part. Knowing where your guards are is the easy bit. Knowing that a routine has changed, in a way that is out of character both for that person and for everyone else doing the same job, is what turns a tracking system into an early warning of a welfare problem or a security failure.

Facial recognition and other biometric processing are only deployed where the operator has established a lawful basis for them, and they remain the operator’s responsibility under UK GDPR, including completing a Data Protection Impact Assessment. Forseti uses these signals where they are already in place, but does not require them.

03Safety & welfare

Four minutes late. Are they all right?

When somebody misses a check-in, you need to know why, and quickly. Lone workers on a dark estate deserve that much, and the questions that matter are usually the simple ones.

  • Is that building empty?
  • A guard is four minutes late for check-in — are they OK?
  • Were they attacked?
  • Or did they have an accident and fall?

Missed check-in, raised immediately

When a scan point is missed by more than your tolerance for that area, Forseti raises it there and then, with the last known position, how far through the route they were, and how long since anyone heard from them.

Welfare, before compliance

An accident, a fall or an assault all look identical at first. Somebody who should have checked in has not. What matters is that the response starts from where that person actually is, rather than where the roster says they ought to be.

Is that building empty?

Live occupancy drawn from access control, scan points and on-shift positioning, so you know who is still inside before you lock down, evacuate or send somebody in after them.

High and low sensitivity areas

Not every corridor warrants the same response. Tolerances, check-in intervals and escalation thresholds are set area by area, so sensitive ground can be held tightly without drowning the control room in noise from everywhere else.

Rosters and route assignment

Who is on shift, where they are assigned and which routes they hold, all kept in one place and used live, so the picture reflects the shift that is actually running.

Route learning, live

Baselines are built and continually revised for both the individual and the cohort. New routes establish their own normal as they get walked, so there is no spreadsheet of expected timings for anyone to maintain.

04Verification

One badge.
One person.
Verified across vendors.

When a credential is scanned on one vendor's access control system, we check it against another vendor's cameras: does it belong to the person standing there, and did exactly one person go through the door?

This is a join that single-vendor estates almost never make. Access control knows a valid credential was presented. The cameras know how many people walked through. Put the two together and credential sharing, tailgating and passback stop being things you find out about weeks later during a review.

Identity
The presented credential is corroborated against the person actually at the door.
Threshold count
One badge, one crossing. A second person through the same swing gets flagged as it happens.
Vendor-neutral
The access control system and the cameras do not have to come from the same supplier, or even be able to talk to each other. Forseti reads them through its open sensor input API and passes exceptions on through its data output API.
Evidence
Each exception carries the scan, the imagery and the timestamps that produced it.
05Positioning & privacy

On shift.
Only on shift.

The iOS and Android apps give real-time positioning while a guard is on shift, and only while they are on shift. Off shift, the app does not track. We built it that way rather than leaving it as a setting for someone to find.

Positioning uses GPS where it is available and dead reckoning where it is not, so the picture does not vanish the moment somebody steps into a stairwell, a basement or a steel-framed warehouse. Those are exactly the places where losing a lone worker matters most.

Forseti is designed, built and supported in Britain, and runs on your own kit by default, like everything else we make. Your guards' movements are your data. They stay on your infrastructure, under your control, and never become a third party's to hold. Cloud and cross-site networking are there if you want them.

On shift

Positioning runs during the shift, and not outside it
